Instructions:

1. Choose appointment: redeem coupon (if you have) then click set time zone

2. Choose a date: ex. Jan 27, then click continue

3. Add in your details: name, phone number, email

4. Then pay now or pay with PayPal (if applicable, skip if no need payment).

5. After you've done the steps above, scroll down below and click the blue button that says DONE
